My name is Hazel, mum to 2 girls. I’m a fully qualified and insured Reflexology Therapist, who provides personalized treatments to people of all ages bringing relief from a wide range of conditions that affect you physically, mentally and emotionally.

I studied Reflexology with Anatomy, Pathology and Physiology via the Institute of Beauty and Holistic Therapies (IBHT) and graduated in 2013.I specialize in providing reflexology for babies and children. I also love caring for clients’ 1:1 coping with anxiety, burnout, fertility concerns and clients undergoing cancer treatment, giving space to rest and rejuvenate.
