Back, Neck & Shoulders
Back, Neck & Shoulders massage uses a combination of techniques, concentrated in the area of the upper body – head, neck, shoulders, arms & back.

Today’s modern lifestyle can involve a lot of sitting – whether at a desk or computer and/or sitting for hours on public transport or driving a car as a commuter.BNS massage focuses on the areas of the upper body. This type of massage is great for students, office workers or people who use their upper bodies a lot e.g. painters, delivery drivers, mothers carrying children on their hips, teachers etc.
By receiving regular treatment on stressed areas of the body, our bodies can learn to respond in a healthier way to triggers in our day-to-day environment. It can be easy to forget what relaxation feels like and many clients can become unaware of how much tension they hold in their body until they receive a treatment and remember what normal feels like.
If a client is a student or professional taking exams then a session both before AND after the exam would be recommended to move on any residual stress which could lie dormant in the tissue and resurface later. A useful adjunct to the BNS massage may include some postural analysis to consider the source of the stress for the client
